Tony G Posted April 23, 2002 Posted April 23, 2002 Our Next and fourth event of the year will be at Thunderhill on May 11/12th. Registration is open at http://www.nasaproracing.com Buttonwillow was a ton of fun due to the great count of 14 entries,so lets make this one just as much of a blast. I am negotiating a 3-4 race weekend if possible, like in the past. Friday the 10th will be open for testing as usual. I will get an entry list going as soon as possible,so register early if you can. thanks, Tony Guaglione CMC # 55 [email protected] Quote
helder Posted April 23, 2002 Posted April 23, 2002 Hi Tony! Are the AI and AIX cars running with CMC at T-Hill? I'd like to come out and test my "monster Stang". Can I run with CMC regardless? TNX Helder Quote
Tony G Posted April 23, 2002 Author Posted April 23, 2002 Helder, The A/I and AIX cars will be there too. Bring out your Monster car..I want to see it,and yes you can run it with us.The rules allow two race "fun run" weekends with us. Come on out! Tony Quote
NickS Posted April 27, 2002 Posted April 27, 2002 Helder - AI & AIX are running at T-Hill that weekend. - N Quote
Lady in Nomex Posted April 27, 2002 Posted April 27, 2002 Have our race groups been set yet? I have concerns about the Factory Five guys if they are going to be out with us again. Some of them need to do a better job sticking to the racing line and letting faster folks by in a safe manner. Right Brian? I was right behind you when the Factory Five guy and you went off together when you tried to pass him at BW. There seem to be a lot of rookies in that group and someone needs to work with them on being safe on track. After all, their cars are not as "sturdy" as ours. Quote
B. Lee Posted April 29, 2002 Posted April 29, 2002 The Factory Five cars aren't too bad, but do they have mirrors??? I've raced with worse. You have to expect some of this when you start mixing cars and drivers of differing capabilities. Julie, would you rather run with that Mazda that held us up at T-hill last year? Quote
Tony G Posted May 4, 2002 Author Posted May 4, 2002 Imagine Thunderhill at 75 degrees!! Perfect weather for Thunderhill...for once. Bring your DB Com transmitters,as these are the ones we are still using for the N.Calif tracks. I have the following going so far. D.Trask Steel Campbell Bergman Donahoe Ducharme Guaglione Morin Little Littleton Stowell Adams Antunes Kincy Pfaff Plum I will update this on Monday. If I missed you let me know. helder Posted May 7, 2002 Posted May 7, 2002 Tony, I can't find my DBcom transmitter. Do you know if they will have them available for rent? TNX and looking forward to running with you all. I've signed up for AIX but I'm going to take it easy since the car is totally prepared for an upcoming Nevada event and it will be a handfull at the track. H Quote
Tony G Posted May 7, 2002 Author Posted May 7, 2002 Helder, They will have the DBcom ones for rent at the track.Since A/I and CMC run together you can just choose on where you want to start. Thanks, Tony Quote
tacovini Posted May 8, 2002 Posted May 8, 2002 Just checking in on all the CMC fun. Sure wish I could be there this weekend. My CMC car is sitting idle on the trailer. Helder, if you want my DBcom transmitter I can overnite it to you. I'll try to call you tomorrow. Mama's having baby #2 next week. I'll be thinking of you when the Nevada races happen!!! Quote
helder Posted May 9, 2002 Posted May 9, 2002 Todd, That's great. My sincere wishes for a "speedy" and smooth delivery. Don't worry about the DB Com. I'll rent one. Thanks. Sure miss you and that ugly but fast convertible. Let me know how things go. Take care. H Quote
