rocketman Posted April 10, 2003 Posted April 10, 2003 I see where there are several aftermarket manufacturers who offer contingency programs for AI East/West Coast, some don' t specify regions (like BBK for example). How can I find out if I'm able to qualify for these? I've downloaded the BBK form, I'm going to send them in and see. Offers $300 for first place, $200 for second, $100 for third in the BBK program, others like MM offer more. You can read the East Coast listings here: http://www.americaniron-east.com/contingencies.shtml West Coast listings here: http://americanironwest.com/contingency/index.html I realize that the 2003 NASATX schedule is light on events, but I'm not ready to write off the entire year as a "practice" run for 2004 just yet. Adam Ginsberg Posted April 11, 2003 Posted April 11, 2003 Hey Mike, Right now, I don't have an answer for you. Since NASA-TX, and more importantly, Texas AI/AIX is so new, and light on drivers, I don't know if any of these manufacturers are even aware of this region yet. You might try contacting them for information. Please be sure to post whatever you find out, as I for one am very interested in contingency $$$ as well. Quote
