bsim Posted June 21, 2003 Posted June 21, 2003 I'm very sorry Per - I lost my mother not too long ago - I can understand how you're feeling. I don't think any words can help, but maybe knowing a few of us 'fellow racers' care will do a little. You're in our thoughts and prayers... -Brad Quote

Greg R. Posted June 22, 2003 Posted June 22, 2003 Per, I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I am sure that he knew you loved him very much. You have your "race" family right here; as close as a phone call or email. Take care. Greg Robinson CMC #12 Mustang Quote

ToTheLimit Posted June 22, 2003 Author Posted June 22, 2003 I want to thank everyone for the support, having the CMC racing family sure helps out. My dad was 80 years old and have had a good life, he has been to Sears Point, Laguna Seca, Willow Springs, Buttonwillow to see me race..And last time I raced at Sears Point with SCCA he was there... racegroupie Posted June 23, 2003 Posted June 23, 2003 Per, I'm so sorry to hear of your huge loss. I know how very much you love both your parents and how worried you have been about them both for the past few weeks. If you race next weekend at Sers Point, your father will be in the car right next to you, urging you on in Swedish, because he's so proud of you. Hugs, Deb Quote
cmc38camaro Posted June 23, 2003 Posted June 23, 2003 Per, Sorry to hear about your loss, it's a terrible thing. When my Dad passed away a couple of years ago, it caused me to take a hard look at my life. After much thought I came to the conclusion that life is short and you need to live it to it's fullest. Looks like you and your Dad shared that same outlook. Look forward to seeing you at Sears. Mike Quote
rdracer Posted June 24, 2003 Posted June 24, 2003 Per, Sorry to hear of your loss, I am sure, from the way you speak of him , that going to Sear's would be the best thing you can do to honor him.... he'll be right there riding with you. Live with the memories in your heart and let go of the things we have no control of. Since I live so close if there is anything I can do, just call. Quote
