*****FOR IMMEDIATE DISTRIBUTION*****

The 2004 NASA Texas event calendar is 95% complete!!! Go to www.nasatx.com for the working calendar of upcoming events and other website updates. NASA Texas will be running American Iron & Camaro Mustang Challenge (as well as HPDE & other series) season points races at each of the following dates next year:

* March 6-7 - MSR

* April 3-4 - MSR

* June 19-20 - TWS

* July 10-11 - MSR

* August 14-15 - Hallett

* September 25-26 - TWS (still working on this one)

This confirms that the 2004 AI/CMC racing season will consist of 18 races (6 events/ 3 races per event) . Best 15 race finishes will count toward the Season Points Championship. NASA has also posted SCCA, TDE, PCA and other track events on their 2004 calendar in the interest of promoting the sport. This should help all of us plan next year's track attendance accordingly!!! We still plan on having our 1st annual AI/CMC get-together sometime in November to firm up the details of the 2004 racing season. More info will be provided before and after that meeting. Gentlemen....start your off-season car preparation!!! March 6th, 2004 will be here before we know it!!!
