Lewis Tanner
You guys can't seriously have gone almost a full month of off season without a single post in this place. We need some smack. I'll start by stating for the record that I intend to have my name on the CMC champion's trophy next season.
Adam Ginsberg
Like hell you will. Gotta have a CMC-legal car, ready to race, and a full comp license to do that. You're missing 3 outta 3 right now.
Lewis Tanner
Well, I had plans, then the rug was suddenly yanked from under them...
Guest
Sorry Lewis. I already called dibs on the 2005 CMC trophy. -=- Todd
Members Al F.
Is this the same Lewis Tanner of C-C fame? So what's the story, are you gonna race CMC next year?
Lewis Tanner
Is this the same Lewis Tanner of C-C fame? So what's the story, are you gonna race CMC next year? Guilty as charged. I'm currently building a car to CMC rules, and hopefully will have the thing wrapped up in time for the season. If I don't, it'll be OT/HPDE for the season and a full run next year because I'm not going to comprimise and run a partial rookie year. That's probably for the best anyway, as I'm sure trying to campaign a new car during its shakedown period would be frustrating and get in the way of my goal of taking the TX series on my rookie year. As it looks right now, my cage is going to be behind schedule, which makes it pretty unlikely that I'll make the deadline, so the trophy may well be Todd's this year. Guest
Hey Lewis, maybe you should've told your cage-man that you changed your plans to include running CMC this season since you said in October/November you planning to do DE's until the car was completely shaken down. rocketman
LOL, you guys crack me up. I thought it was a done deal for 2005 - Eric Varner repeats! (at least that's what I keep hearing from him).

Hell Chris, I'm just worried about getting it in time to run HPDE without having to tow it to Louisiana! There were, at the time, other plans that involved me running CMC, but not my car running CMC, then someone got cold feet and changed those plans. Comprende?
