C4RACER
I have a Wilwood Prop valve in my car - dumb question, the knob has directions for Increase and Decrease. Does that refer to the amount of % given to the rear brake? IOW Increase - gives more % to the rear and Decrease - gives less % to the rear? thanks, Scott
OldCMC17
IOW Increase - gives more % to the rear and Decrease - gives less % to the rear? Correct "Pressure adjustments range from 100-1000 PSI and provide for a maximum decrease of 57% in line pressure. This adjustment lets you fine tune the front to rear braking balance by proportionately decreasing the rear (or in some cases the front) brake line pressure." Information gathered from: http://www.wilwood.com/Products/006-MasterCylinders/001-PV/index.asp on 10/30/
C4RACER
makes sense. For some reason I got that backwards at the track when I was testing the car - oops. No wonder I wasn't able to fix the axle tramp - I was giving it more rear brake instead of less. oops!! Broken Torque Arm is my penalty for that mistake... thanks!!
