BW question

[C4RACER]

I am heading down to BW from San Jose on Sat. night and will be running with HPDE group4 in my CMC#82 Camaro. I should arrive between 11:30 and midnight.

 

Does anyone know if:

a) the gates stay unlocked all night

and

b) tent camping is allowed?

 

I'm thinking stopping at a hotel is just a waste of time and will result in less sleep for me.

Yes tent camping is allowed and I believe the gate remains unlocked until midnight, but I'm not 100% sure.. someone here knows for sure though

I "think" the gates stay open on Sat night over a race weekend. I could be wrong. If the gate is closed, just park outside the gate and camp there till morning if need be. Or there is a rest stop just south of the Lerdo HW exit.

btw - gate never closes - dude is there all night collecting $10. I rolled in round midnight. Damn it was cold in a tent too!! haha
