This rules bulletin will serve as the official repository for all official rules clarifications made during the course of 2007, or changes we know are coming. At the end of 2007 these will be incorporated into the official rules as apropriate for 2008.

The purpose of this bulletin is to keep all such clarifications in one place for your benefit, so you dont have to hunt the forum in search of answers.

Please do not reply to this thread so we can keep this short and to the point.
