944-Spec#94
What is the most popular class in NASA So Cal? As determined by total number of race points.... .. H4 with a combined 12102 spread over some 30 drivers Next far far in second is Spec Miata with 6636 with 28 drivers. Where is 944 spec? you ask.. Well At 5045 with 18 drivers. This is the 6th highest class point totals and the 4th most drivers taking part in the class. Here is the complete listing Oh... btw... if 10 944 spec cars race both days and finsih both races it is worth 1544 points. Seems like strong showing can bring up the 944 spec season participation numbers quite a bit! 944-Spec#94
You forgot CMC. cmc was not listed on the So-Cal points page. Not sure why...
National Staff Greg G. Posted November 11, 2005 National Staff Share Posted November 11, 2005 They have their own website because they are special http://www.camaromustangchallenge.com/ Actually, it's because they are not really SoCal or NorCal, but a combination of both. I counted 30 drivers in 2005 with a total of 28453 points. But, it looks like they will have an inflated point's total because they go 100,97,95,93,92,91.... Also, USTCC is similar with the West Coast contingency....There were about 39 USTCC drivers from the West Coast this year.
