Quick Disconnect Steering Wheel

I have an 89' Mustang with a stock steering wheel and would like to change it to a quick disconnect setup. What parts/ modifications need to be done to convert it?? Can someone steer me in the right direction on what I will need to buy?

I use a Momo hub. You can get one from this guy for $60.

I also use a no-name NRG style disconnect that used to sell on ebay for $20. That was 6 months ago and now everything on ebay says NRG and is in the $100 range. I guess the no-names now say NRG too...
