tacovini
The boys and girls are congregating at MSR Houston this weekend for another A/CMC round of racing. Weather is threatening rain, however, according Al who's there already..."it's perfect racing weather....cloudy, cool & overcast!" Fernandez will be piloting the Camaro for Team Taconandez this weekend in an effort to hang on tho their 2nd place in the CMC season points just ahead of Team Dawdy/Reuth and just behind Glenn Landrum. In AI, David Donovan has a commanding lead in the season points, however, some of the fast dawgs will be returning after a short hiatus to challenge him this weekend. Will Fernandez go 2 for 2 in obtaining another track record in his 2nd Texas outing??? Stay tuned.... -= Todd

Members Al F.
Glenn did in fact have his worst finish to date in '07; a 4th. It was one hell of a weekend. Saturday was very humid and then raining for our invert, but Sunday was a beautiful sunny day. The whole weekend was too hot (and wet!) for track records, but I did manage to maintain my trend of having to weld something on the car for the 2nd weekend in a row. Glenn got 2 out of 4, Jeff Wirtz got a win in the rain, and Corey Rueth also got himself a win.

mitchntx1548534714
I took 1st in all 4 races. Todd couldn't get my "winner" stickers soon enough. I also came away with the MSR-H track record and a nice 400 point lead for the season championship.
CMC#11
Mitch also wanted to make the 2007 year end video and had a nice smooth spin in T-1 during the rain race. Video to follow soon.

Don't worry, you will get used to it i hope you keep trying. its going to be fun to get Jeff Burch back into the mix. i gotta say, the whole group has stepped it up some more once again. the last race the whole group was in the 52's w/ Cory checking out w/ a 51. thats probably the fastest average lap times we have had to date. Like I said, I've stepped it up. I was amazed at how much more grip there was in the mud.

Congrats to Mitch Warren for being the very 1st CMC-2 points scorer (or is that spelled "sorcerer") here!
