Midwest CMC Count and at first you don't succeed...

It has been a while and I am out of touch with the racing. It has been Football 24/7 last year and this year. Things have progressed to where I hope finally I can make that comeback I have been trying to do for 15 years! .

Earlier this year I bought Cam's/ Sidney Franklin's Camaro which I knew from when Sidney raced it in Midwestern Council.

I have finally made my decision of which class. It is going to be CMC in the Midwest.

Now I am in the process of selling and trading parts that I will not need, 305 will begin rebuild in November.

Let's see...the checklist:

Car rewired, checked.

Car gone through, checked.

Spare parts, checked.

Find approved school. Help.

Figure number choices, pick after school.

Truck, Checked.

Trailer, still looking.

That is where I am at.

By the way, my team, the Stateline Hawks, are 3-1 in Wisconsin State Football League regular season play, and we are in the midst of a three way battle for the South Division Championship.

Good luck with the Championship! Nice to see you planning to run CMC. C'mon over to the http://www.frrax.com board to hang out with some of your f-body compadres. We love to talk set-up!

Todd,

That car will make a nice CMC entry. Just go to the NASA site and read the CMC rules. Also plan to do the NASA Comp school next spring. You've got all winter to get that thing ready so no excuse to not make the first event.

Just put some PBR calipers on it and a stock 305 and you should be good to go.

Sidney
