Adam Ginsberg
Nice video's, Kevin. I really tried hard to stay out of the way of the CMC2 cars. Unfortunately for all of us, we were running similar lap times, making it difficult. Huge thanks to you, JG Sr, and Brad for being excellent racers, and giving racing room! Like you said before, sometimes we were faster and sometimes you were. I had more power but also tipped the scales at 3350 ish each time at impound so that evened out the extra 20 ponies. I was 200# overweight for CMC2. Would have been nice to hit the 3150 mark with the unrestricted 252/288. I am trying to figure out how to cut mine down a little so they aren't so huge, mine aren't near as exciting though.

tacovini
Nice drive, Kevin! You definately had something for the leader. I was wondering when that black/blue #5 pacecar was going to pull off! (I thought we said 1 pacecar- 2 starts...was there another pacecar???) Anyway...the gap between CMC & CMC2 was perfect. Kudos to you and Jim for getting that right on. One question though... Did all of you guys from California run with a Texas horseshoe on your dash for good luck or was that just you??? -=- Todd
bsim
I think Kevin is the only one with a horseshoe. A gift from a GM driver BTW. I did like the gap for the race as well. I think it worked out better than the rest of the starts. And the championship race was real close. Of our best laps, the top 3 cars were within 0.25 seconds. Dang! Another thing to note is that Kevin and I always seem to race with each other in whatever event we're at - we swap a lot of videos. Watching them over the years, it still amazes me how slow his hands are. Can't do that in a chebby! Good job!

Thanks Brad and your right, 63 and 36 are always running hard together! Here is one time my hands got a little faster, I had two FFR's on my outside and letting them pass and hit the curbing and the car jumped a bit. http://www.margetta-racing.com/video/curbclip.wmv
