12 Hours of Sebring, 2008

Is anyone here, or does anyone know if anyone came down to watch the 12 hours of sebring this weekend? I left my house last night when I got off at 10pm and got here around 1am. It was a LONG trip. I'll say that much. My parents were already here, they came down on Tuesday.

 

So far this morning, the vintage series went out on the track with extreamly bad fog. Couple of em' already tore em up. Where my parents parked the motorhome, we can sit on the roof and see all of sunset bend [last turn] all the way down the backstrech and most of the way down the front strech. best of all, its the free parking area.

 

 

Gotta love the SCCA though. Even though we have one of those Verizon wireless laptop cards, Scca's network is WIDE OPEN! Ha.

I was there, but could not get to a computer till last night. So I didn't see your post until after we left.

 

Just happened to be at the corner at the time the lead peugeot was sideways in the dirt.

 

It was a great time and great weather all weekend.

Yeah. I kinda didn't realize whoever went wouldn't be online. Oh well. I wish I could have seen the peugeot go off. I was at the exit of 17 watching as the panoz turned the porsche into the wall. That was priceless.
