UltimateTSI
I though it would be a good idea to get all the names of the Champions 2003-2005 so we can put it on the National HC website. I'll start it and if the other regions could write what they know I will add to the list, write none if there were no champions in a class: 2002: East: H1- Jack Harris H2- Corey Jacobs (pretty sure) H3- Scott Giles H4- James Evans H5- Richard Floyd 2003: Socal: H1: Andy Hope H4:Ryan Flaherty Norcal: H1 - Tom Lepper H4 - Team RNR (PDQ Motorsports) H5 - Chris Lock East: H1 James Evans H2 Jason Franza H3 Alex Ratcliffe H4 Lyonel Kent H5 Keith Edwards Ohio/Indiana (MWHC): H4: Chris Stiffler Arizona: H1-Mike Browning H2-Paul Bloomberg H3-Erik Woods H4-Danny Foldes 2004: http://www.hondachallenge.com/news/p2_articleid/2 2005: Socal: H1: Andrie Hartanto H4: Edik Stepanyan Norcal: H1: Brandon Kraus H4: Steve/Chris Lock (goto:racing 2) East: H1 Kevin Helms H2 J. H4CRXSi
Midwest was a new region in 2005, therefore there were no HC champions since the MWHC schedule consisted of all OH/IN events, just as it has since 2003. 2003: Ohio/Indiana (MWHC): H1: None H2: None H3: None H4: Chris Stiffler H5: None 2005: Ohio/Indiana (MWHC): H1: Paul Martin H2: None H3: None H4: Andy Hughes H5: Sam Myers

UltimateTSI
so who who's the new H4 champ in Arizona?
Paul
That would be Danny Foldes.... Danny ran FIR with a really hurt car...Finished got his points! Scott Brewer was the fast guy running in H4 with his junkyard motor- Next year H4 is getting bigger as Paul and Tom are going to be coming down from Vegas to run in AZ '06. Jon is running well although he has had some tough breaks. I look forward to seeing how '06 shakes out- Paul

Paul
I missed CS speedway last year - I'm trying to recruit our 944-Spec and HC guys to go.
0x1
I missed CS speedway last year - I'm trying to recruit our 944-Spec and HC guys to go. Yeah, we're definitely already looking forward to CS in March. You should have Jon and I for sure and I hope that we'll have completed Erik's motor swap by then so that he can be all H4-legal. I doubt that Danny will run, but if Paul and Tom come down, we could contribute upto 5 "AZ" H4 cars to the mix. - Scott

I am completely fed up with my street car and may be making an attempt to get rid of it. At first, I didn't think the prelude would take away from me racing my car or even make it impossible. I am still not positive if it is the reason, but it is seeming like that is like a disiinct possibility. With that said, I can't take it anymore. I'm sitting on a street car that has as much money in it as it would take to build a world challenge car, and it doesn’t even run right. (ok , well maybe not quite that much, but it’s getting close!) I am in complete and utter disconcertment with my current situation. We'll see what happens this week, but there is a good chance I will sell the lude. If this happens I may be able to pay down some bills and get back racing sooner than I was planning. Paying off my credit cards with my tax return seems like it may be a better idea than finishing a 400whp prelude. So.... there may be an attempt for me to be racing in 06.... cross your fingers that I get my life back on track… -Danny who misses racing after only missing 3 events. And brings a tear to the eye to see the race car sitting in a garage, all beat up, leaving puddles of blown engine fluid on the ground. I think these are correct, but you'll want to PM Scott Giles (Catch22 on H-T.com) or Karl Schultz (KShultz) as they were the co-directors for 2002 and creators of the entire Honda Challenge concept.
