you'd think with all the technology available and all the money NASA has, they could afford to do live timing and scoring for all the fans that could'nt make it there! come on jerry, ryan and john, dig down in those pockets!!!!!

Anybody know if the results are posted yet? And where ? Car and Driver has a nice write up...

oooh-weee! those 06 Civic Si's are something... last i saw on our T&S laptop before we packed up w/ blown motor in the 18th hours the pair of Si's was running 5th & 6th consecutively overall behind 4 ES class cars 2 of them are Porsches and 1 and 2 in E1 class, we was fighting for 3rd in E1 before the motor gave out. Car and Driver should definitely have great write up about those cars... one of the Si is for Road & Track the other is Car & Driver...

This could have been a lot worse. At least one of the cars flipped several times.

which one flipped? the F5 or the MX5? i remember it happened on our way out, the EMTs were having breakfast and when they called it in they nearly stampeed over me coming out of the building...

They both flipped actually, several times. Two cars doing simultaneous somersalts will have any EMT running. From what I heard, both drivers are ok.

Yep, both flipped several times.

Driver of the Mx-5 has a broken thumb and sore neck. His hand was pinned under the car for several minutes....

Marcus, who is proud of finishing but wishing we did better (13th in E2).

Yeah, sorry about that everyone, but our internet connection was horrible in our hot pit. That, and we were pretty busy chasing that bloody fast PDQ Honda around.

More later,

Well, it was certainly a wild ride... It was fast and hard. I didn't realize I was airborn until the first landing. I am ok, besides a broken thumb and sore neck. If you don't use a Hans, GET ONE!

We kept a decent log of happenings on our blog site (at least up to hour 17).

Hey, we were chasing you guys just as much. We just got lucky towards the end. Great racing! See you next year?

Heck yeah that was great racing! One of the best endurance races we have ever done, as far as the racing goes.

Congratulations to PDQ Motorsports for a well earned win. You guys are a class act.

We'll see you in 2006.
