One bolt in stay rod may be fitted between the upper front strut towers and between each strut tower and the firewall/wiper cowl. Previously the wiper cowl was not mentioned. This targeted the GM vehicles that had strut tower bars installed in the intent of the rules, but by design could not attach to the firewall. Slotted brake rotors are now allowed.
