MA - 05 STI Race Build Part Out

I have purchased this 05 STI brand new in 2005 and turn the car into Time Attack/road race build shortly after driving it 1 year. Since than, it been a full blown track car its whole life. 

I blew the stock motor in 2008 during a time trail event in NHMS and I attempt to rebuild the car. I started the rebuild with Outfront Motorsport 2.5 fully closed deck motor with fully rebuild STI head by Outfront motorsports in CA but the rebuild till this day is still not completed due to birth of my 2 kids. 

I will not be able to complete the rebuild and therefore, it's time to part out or sell the car out right. Below are picture of its current status and parts list. I may missed some parts but 95% of all parts are brand new and never been used.

Engine
Outfront Motorsports 2.5 fully closed deck block with forged pistons, rod OEM nitrided crankshaft, ACL race bearing, Killer Bees oil pick tube, pan with baffle, Cosworth multi-layer head gasket, high flow OEM 12mm oil pump, ARP head studs, turn in concepts tgv deletes convert to top feed injector. Motor has 0 miles never been started. 

Cylinder Head
05 STI head fully rebuild by Outfront Motorsport with titanium retainers and upgraded valve springs BC 280 cam, 3 angle valve job and head porting.

Engine block and head is assembled and will not separate. Sold as one unit. The engine is mate to the transmission and installed in the car. I will remove the engine if someone is interested. I can also sell engine and transmission together as one unit too.

Transmission
2005 STI 6 speed fully rebuild by DSG(Dent Sport Garage) with JDM 5th and 6th gear. Shorter ratio compare to USDM 5th and 6th gear. OEM STI front and center diff. 0 miles on the transmission since rebuild. The transmission is attached to the engine in the car right now. I will separate when someone is interested and purchase.
