Wise Racing Posted March 14, 2019 Share Posted March 14, 2019 I am moving from the west cost to Chicago this summer and I am in the early stages of building a Spec3 car. I have a 318is coupe with a bad M42 motor that has been stripped and is a good candidate to be a base to build off with a M50 swap from a 325 or 540i. I might also look at buying a 325is and start a new build. I have been reading up on this series online and Facebook and feel that it would be a great place for me to start my racing adventure in. I know there are a lot of cars on the east coast, but I don't see many cars per race results in IL, WI, IN, IA, MI. Looking forward to joining the Spec3 family.
