For sale is a 1986 Trailex CT-7041.  Trailex stopped making this model in the mid 90s and replaced it with the 7541 (as far as my internet sleuthing can tell me).

Here are the details:

Ramps: 7'

Center opening: 44''

Width between rails: 70''

Bed length: 13'

Length overall: 19' 1''

Width between fenders: 73''

Load Capacity: 4100lbs

Curb weight: 860lbs

Comes with trailex locking tool box.

This trailer was purchased new by my father to pull his Alfa Romeo Giulietta Spider around to SVRA events.  From 1986 to 1994ish it was used regularly in the summer and stored indoors when not in use.  When the racecar was sold, the trailer was parked in the barn and used a handful of times to pull his 911T to the track until 2017 when my parents moved to central OH.  They gave it to me as they didn't have space for it, from November 2017 to July 2018 it lived outside (hence the surface corrosion on the spare tire and axles) as I didn't have indoor parking for it.  Since July '18 it's been kept indoors again.

The wiring was re-done before the 2017 move, all the lights work.  I repacked the bearings when I acquired it in 2017.  The surge brakes work well, and as of this week it has brand new wheels and tires.

Located in central Ohio.

$3000 OBO
