drivecontroll
I submitted the yearly pics and form a couple months ago. Recieved email saying submitted successfully. I've now completed the claim form for last month MidO, and last weeks VIR. No reply email was sent with the claim form attached. Just stuck in limbo, this new step on NASA contingency page provides 0 feedback on weather it's under review/recieved/etc. Just sit and wait for the 30 days to expire? Was that the plan all along? It's only hundreds of dollars at stake, and much less transparency than before.

The reason it was held for five days was that you had car #52 on file with us and not #152. There is no way for us to know if it is the same car. You need to submit a picture of the car with #152 displayed on it so we can verify. We have improved the process considerably by going to the yearly compliance versus per event basis.
