Clavette Posted August 30, 2019 Share Posted August 30, 2019 Nope. My car was SMG and I swapped to 5MT. Nothing required for the engine when I made the swap. My spare engine is also from SMG donor and absolutely nothing required to modify. You could argue that SMG donor engine is better as it is unlikely to have ever had an over rev.
