Transponders must be mounted upright, no higher than 2 feet from the track surface. The rechargable unit lasts approximately 4 days off of a full charge (about 14 hours). The flashing LED indicates remaining run time. Each flash of green indicates one day of run time remaining. When the the LED flashes red the battery has less than one day left. A steady red LED means the battery needs to be recharged. Transponder Only, Mounting Bracket Not included.
