twt
Greg, I know I must be missing something, but the current tire size rule for TT4 ( 6.5.2) give points for DOT and non DOT sizes ( +.6/.3) ,however when I use the class calculator for TT4 it provides points only for DOT tires. Based on the calculator I have “lost” points all season for my non DOT take offs. If I am correct , I assume this will be fixed in the 2020 calculator. You might want to check Sec. 6.4.1 of the rules. 6.4.1 ST4 Tire Limitations 1) Compound Non-DOT approved tires are not permitted in ST4. The calculator is correct as non-dot tires are not allowed in ST4.
