Summary
1990 Mazda Miata built for NASA Spec Miata racing in 2006. Raced in NASA SM Class from 2007-2015 with many wins in the Greatlakes/Midwest Regions.

Includes NASA and SCCA Log Books (raced with SCCA Spec Miata once).

Car is setup for a 170lb, 5’8” driver. 

Great starter car for someone new to racing that doesn’t want to bang up a $25K+ build but it has the parts and setup to get an experienced driver on the podium.(SVRA/SCCA/NASA/Champcar)

Racing Info: 

1. NASA Spec Miata Track Records – Putnam Park Road Course (still hold), Gingerman Long Course (no longer), Mid Ohio E1 Endurance Track Record (no longer).
2. 2009 NASA Great Lakes Regional Points Champion.
3. 4^th Place finish at 2011 NASA SM Championship at Mid Ohio.
4. Given the age of the car, the car can be raced with SVRA (Sportscar Vintage Racing Association).
5. Would also make a great car for Champcar Endurance Series.
6. Last Raced in 2015 @ NCM in Bowling Green, KY (NASA Greatlakes) and it had three 2^nd Place finishes.

1. Complete Engine rebuild from Stewart Engines in Indianapolis, IN (2011)

1. Spec Miata suspension with Bilstein shocks, Eibach Springs and Eibach sway bars.
2. Fatcat Motorsports Spec Miata Shock Bump Stop kit.
3. Chassis has ~150K miles

Wheels/Brakes

1. 1 set of Black Team Dynamics 15” x 7” wheels on car
2. Stainless steel brake lines
3. Parking brake has been removed
