No, the decal guidelines are for SPEC TIRE classes only

So what exactly are the decal requirements for TT if its different than spec classes? I am assuming it is still 4 decals but what are size requirements? My first TT weekend is coming up and I do not want to miss out on Toyo bucks due to a technicality.

For TT you would just need 4 Toyo Tire Decals on each side of the car.
