I drove NASA for the first time last March at Summit Point with my 2009 Boxster and was surprised by the top down rule. Both PCA and SCCA are top up. So going back to Summit Point Jun 26-27 with a 2013 Boxster S. I've driven many laps at Summit Point in the rain, but obviously not something I would want to do with the top down. Is top down a local or national rule? I'm not an instructor but I believe it's none of their business whether you run the top up or down as long as you have the roll bar (factory or AM).
