Greg; Can you please clarify this rule please from page 20 of the 2022 TT Ruleset:

Any vehicle that is unable to be Dyno tested for any reason when requested by TT Officials is subject to possible disqualification for the entire event or re-classification into the TTU class at the discretion of the TT Director.

Can we clarify this to say:

Any vehicle that is unable to be Dyno tested for any reason when requested by TT Officials is
subject to possible disqualification for the entire event or re-classification into the TTU class, one or the other, at
the discretion of the TT Director.

This has been regionally interpretted as the entire statement is at the Discrection of the TT Director, not pick one.

I think it also needs clarification if there is no dyno present, what happens.

Brian, the request to Dyno is at their discretion unless a competitor protests, puts up the money, and a Dyno is at the track.  So, we do leave all of that rule to the discretion of the TT Director, just as a Race Director decides for ST.
