944spec92 Posted February 24, 2006 Posted February 24, 2006 Hey all, Some of you have already been informed and due to popular demand and number of replies and views I have decided to one-up and post my new way to fund this addiction. I called kalecoauto to order a 944 Tweeter Dimmer and some of their other cool 944 parts and ended up finishing the phone call as their new exclusive dealer for the whole state of California! I can sell to other states , too. Just not Oklahoma or Florida. What does this mean to you? A 944 spec discount on their great products! -I dig their Adjustable Powerband. At 8 lbs, it's ultra light. Standard equipment on my cars. -Their "Chin Nuts" let you remove them between races so you don't nail your shins in the garage or trailer! - Their Johnson Rod is great for the stock sway bar cars. It triangulates that 9 inch long rod (your length may vary) that your front sway bar "sways" from! Not supposed to move like that. Do recommend to use their Elbow Grease and yours for giving anyone a hard time. See their website at kalecoauto.com and let me know if you need anything. Just one more perk for being in this class. Expect some kalecoauto type door prizes at upcoming 944 spec races! At your service, Ray _________________ SoCal 944-spec nobody 85 944spec92 never has so much time, money, and effort been spent to go so slow Quote
DavidH Posted February 25, 2006 Posted February 25, 2006 Ray, As their new distributor, would you recommend left or right handed elbow grease? Quote
944spec92 Posted February 25, 2006 Author Posted February 25, 2006 1. We have had numerous discussions about the need for AZ distributors and it seems like the we have identified the Snowbird RV demographic as our next product marketplace. We hope to be rolling out numerous items designed specifically for this audience. Really did not see any other appeal for AZ at this time. If you have experience with this constituency, feel free to forward your resume and curriculum vitae which we will file in one of our premier products in our office line named the "Round File." 2. Both left and right handed Elbow Grease is in stock and can be purchased by mail. Just send me a check directly. Please select right or left hand. Buy both if you are not sure which you prefer or think that you may be switching hands while in use. We do have a package deal going on the left handed Elbow Grease and left handed Monkey Wrench combo. We must stipulate that there is no guarantee that you will be satisfied but our motto is "This will always come in handy!" Please note: Not for sale in AZ. At your service in time of need, Ray purveyor of fine goods and unobtainium gofast parts Quote
Packfill Posted February 25, 2006 Posted February 25, 2006 Ray, Do you intend to sell any aviation parts? I have been looking for a good deal on gallon of prop wash.... Quote
944spec92 Posted February 25, 2006 Author Posted February 25, 2006 Jim: Thank you for your interest and yes, absolutely we have just what the "fly by night" and "high flyers" need. Besides Prop Wash (see aeronautic section on our website) we carry Canned Jet Lag and "This is a perfectly fine airplane so you really don't have to jump" sticker for Parachuting type businesses. Unlike Sporty's Pilot Shop, which we kind of view as the Sharper Image for the pilot crowd, we will be carrying items that will be of great interest to both the motorsport and bowling enthusiasts. Barf bags (named Redneck Lunch Bags in our Southern line) have always been popular especially for the HSDS and DE passenger seat occupants. We have car seat covers that have multiple applications due to the versatile design. They fit on a toilet seat perfectly and they can even be used as cowboy hats when it is not raining. We even have numerous samples available at most upscale rest rooms. Take a few extra for your personal pleasure and pass them out to your crabby friends. Besides the fact that they need this product they will also be a bit flush after use. Additional items will be available in the upcoming Sky Mall issues. Thank you for flying and shopping with us today, Ray purloiner of fine garments Quote
Tim Comeau Posted February 28, 2006 Posted February 28, 2006 Some of that stuff was funny as hell.... My favorite was the adjustable power band. I didn't do any reading at first. I was just looking at the picture going, "What the .....is that? I could use some relative bearing grease if you're going to have a high performance sailing division. Quote
