If it rains, which I assume could happen in sep, will we be required to use hoosier rain tires, or if it rains can we put on other more cost effective rain tires like a michelin 4s? However, I think that the Hoosier Wets are definitely one of the best rain tires out there if one wants to be competitive in the rain.
