The only thing that I remember reading was that cowl induction or any type of forced induction was illegal. It fails to mention anything about functional hood livers to aid in cooling the engine. An example would be the track spec hood louvers (https://trackspecmotorsports.com/iroc-z28-hood-louvers-kit) Does anyone have any experience with this?
