NASA safety roll cage eligibility

My best friend and I have been in NASA for 3 years now.  We both drive Mazda rx8's and it's past due time to think about safety. Our plan is comp licenses and we want to better prepare the cars for such. The plan is to get roll cages before start of next season. We have found a company that makes what seems to be quality built roll cages but unsure that they will mee the standard of NASA so this is my question We have read the hand book but still unsure so reaching out to fellow members and or safety inspectors will this company supply a product that will pass tech. We have been quoted cages but the price is out of reach for our budget and found this company but looking to see if they will qualify for the organization
