jamnjm
I'm still wondering if my Capri racer will fit into what class with NASA road racing...... I was told maybe PT but.......? 2300 .030 over, 10 to 1, 490 cam lift, Holley carb, header, 2200 lbs, etc.... OK, I have had many ask me how my Capri Strut front end was done and other related questions. So I just uploaded a photo book at my Yahoo: http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/[email protected]/album?.dir=/2779 JM #
NASA Jim
Did you try entering your mods here to see how it would sort out? http://performancetouring.com/calculator.php
jamnjm
Just tried and No Mercury Capri (2 or any version at all) is listed .....even under Ford or Lincoln too!
National Staff Greg G. Posted March 28, 2006 National Staff Share Posted March 28, 2006 Check the list of Provisionals http://performancetouring.com/index.php?categoryid=12 and see if your car is on that list.
jamnjm
Yes, it is on that list but not the "facturing in everything else system".
National Staff Greg G. Posted March 29, 2006 National Staff Share Posted March 29, 2006 Yes, it is on that list but not the "facturing in everything else system". The on-line calculator needs to be updated with the latest Provisionals still, but it will have to wait until we re-work the program like we did with TT. For now, if you want to use the calculator for a Capri, you can "fool" it by entering your car as another one in the same class. (You can use the Acura CL 2.2L for the PTG* Capri's, and the Austin Mini Cooper (55hp) for the PTH* Capri's)
