Hi, the link for the claim for the ford performance contingency goes to a jotform at As of 5/8/2020 Ford Performance is suspending contingency claims for the 2020 Race Season until further notice. We apologize for the inconvenience (jotform.com) is the wrong form linked, or did they suspend the program for the 2022 season? I was looking to put in a regional ST championship claim. Thanks!
