swhiteh3 Posted January 21, 2004 Share Posted January 21, 2004 My tow eyes are simply plates bolted to the underside of the bumper, with a slit cut in the bumper cover. I have a 99 car that is on the wrecker a lot so I'll get pictures in the next day or two of what we did. It weighs a friggin ton, but you'll get the idea.
