Absence of PNW Region

Any reason why there is not a Pacific North West Region available. Would like to get involved, but the costs of heading down to California add up relatively quick.

I personally would like to see a northern pacific region that would include Sears, T-Hill, Portland, and Seattle.

 

So Pac would have Buttonwillow, Willow Springs, CA Speedway, Las Vegas, and Phoenix.
