Summit bucks code says it was already spent

I received a Summit Racing contingency for a race in July, but when I tried to use the code it says it was already used.  I haven't bought anything from Summit since before I received the code, and haven't shared my email with anyone.  Is there a way to get a new code issued?

how did u resolve this?
I have couple that said the said thing, it is probably too late for mine as they are expired by now, but at least this way someone knows for future reference.

I never did.  It does seem to be a widespread problem.
