Chino 240Z
Is there a Rules & Guidelines book sold for NASA car classes and setups? We have been printing pages from the NASAproracing site but the diagrams don't always come thru. Thanks Craig & Cindy.
NASA Jim
I believe you can still buy a CCR from the National Office. Give them a call at 510-232-NASA (6272) -Jim
GT4Point6
If you’re interested in HPDE to start with, then there are no "classes", just groups based on experience. Start with HPDE 1, and then work your way up to HPDE 4, which is just like racing with a less strict passing zones. There are a few specific rules for HPDE like verts have to have a roll bar but other than functioning brakes, seat belts and an approved helmet, it’s easy to get on track. Here is a link to the HPDE requirements. http://www.nasaproracing.com/hpde/index.html#requirements No contact is allowed and the runs are not timed. Have FUN, be willing to take constructive criticism and learn your limits as well as your cars all of which will make you a better driver on and off the track. Most of all, have fun
