AU N EGL Posted October 20, 2006 Posted October 20, 2006 Hi guys, Is there any rules on the regulation in that prohibits two novice, Driver and Co/dirver to race the same day in the same car ? How would you share the car in one race? If there are TWO races in that day, it may not be a problem. Normally one driver to one car. In an HPDE two ppl may share one car, providing they are not in the same run group, i.e. one person has more expereince then the other. Quote
nasaregistrar Posted October 21, 2006 Posted October 21, 2006 If you are a rookie wiith a comp license than you can register a "team" and 2 or more licensed drivers can share a racecar. If you mean HPDE then you are not racing. A car can be used by more than one person as long as they are in different run groups. Quote
Renntag Posted October 21, 2006 Posted October 21, 2006 many of us share cars all the time. we could have one driver in HPDE another running TT and then another driver running the car in its race series. This much use in one weekend is a true test to a car's endurance. It will be important to be extra diligent in checking the car over between sessions. I think you may need to better clarify your question if it hasnt been answered yet. Quote
