Windows App for ST-1/ST-2 Form Calculations

I am writing a quick little windows application to calculate HP when given weight or weight when given HP.

 

I have it pretty much done, but I have a question about the over 3300 weight adjustment chart. Is the skip from +0.2 to +0.3 intentional???? I can factor that in but just wondered if it was right. All other increments are 0.05!

I made a spreadsheet for doing this. I assume the weight break is correct, as cars that heavy have major brake and tire issues compared to a sub-3000lbs car.

btw, here's my spreadsheet. Just put your weight in the yellow box (says 306), then go down the "TOTAL" column to find your goal ratio (8.7 or 5.5). Then read across to the left for your minimum weight.
