I have it pretty much done, but I have a question about the over 3300 weight adjustment chart. Is the skip from +0.2 to +0.3 intentional???? I can factor that in but just wondered if it was right. Just put your weight in the yellow box (says 306), then go down the "TOTAL" column to find your goal ratio (8.7 or 5.5).
