There is 40 ft on the floor; the first 16 ft is living quarters that will sleep 5/6 people. Big bathroom with shower, sink, fridge, stove and microwave. Lots of extras. The garage is separate from the living quarters and has its own entrance. It is 24 feet long, 10K diesel generator 2 a/c units, storage, tire rack and 150 gallon built in tank for water / fuel storage. The rear door has ramps; there is NASCAR style lighting, built in airlines, remote awnings on the curbside that are self-retracting and the list goes on.
