Time Trial rules and 'relocation' of front suspension

If I dremel out the slots on my front shocks mounts I can get another half degree of neg camber. But is that "Relocation of front suspension mounting points" per the rules? Or does it take camber plates to qualify as "relocation"?

I would ask this question in the Time Trials forum and get official word from Greg.

The relocation rule is meant for relocating control arms and such. I would say this falls in the No-Points Modifications section, #12 that reads "simple camber, caster, and toe adjustment that does not alter suspension mounting points (unless the modification used is otherwise assessed in points above)"
