It comes with the bearings already pressed on and the gear for the speedo. The Diff was broken-in to ATS' specifications of doing figure 8's and had absolutely no chattering. Also, if locally picked up, ill give you about two changes of ATS fluid for the diff which is about $100 worth of fluid.
