There were a total of eight certified pre-owned Land Rover Discoverys specially outfitted for the LONGITUDE Expedition. Four went on the expedition, while the others stayed here in the united states as back-up vehicles, education vehicle, and show vehicles. The expedition vehicles came to be known as "D1", "D2", "D3", & "D4". I have a heavy duty "old man emu" suspension which may or may not increase the total tow weight limit.
