midngn Posted June 8, 2004 Share Posted June 8, 2004 I am looking to switch careers. Currently I am a Graphic Artist in the advertising field. I have a huge interestin all things automotive. I autocross, do track days, conduct routine maintenance on my cars (5 so far) and even some restoration on an old 68 Datsun 2000. Later this summer I plan to get my competition license and begin racing. I want to get out from behind a computer and into something else. Problem is I'm not sure where to look. Which job titles do I consider? Which companies do I contact? Where is the best place to look for these careers? These are questions that hopefully someone in this vocation can help me with.
