RockLobster
Question for anyone who has the knowledge and/or experience. What is ultimatly safer in a hard top (non vert) car WITHOUT a roll bar/cage? The answer may be a matter of opinions. 1) A harness properly installed with all the correct angles and attachment points using a well constructed harness bar and a proper seat. 2) Stock 3 pt belts in good working order. Obviously i am trying to weigh a rollover situation vs all the benefits of a harness otherwise....and doing so in an HPDE/TT arena. Thoughts? cosm3os
You'll get people on both sides of this one. I, personally, don't like to mix street and track safety. If you have a 5pt+ harness, you should have a race shell and a roll bar.
