civicrr
NorCal HC racers, I just heard that there will be a different track layout that we have run this year @ Infineon (Sears). Part of the track will be used Saturday for the drifting day. For consistency, the track will be set up this way for the whole weekend (Friday test, Sat & Sun.). Here is a cut 'n paste of the official message to me. "We will be using the regular Infineon road course configuration (NOT the chute) for the September 11-12 weekend, with the exception of Turn 7. We will use what’s called the “short 7” After you exit the carousel, you turn right (where the kink is, entering 7) and rejoin in the exit of T7 / entrance to T8." Members Brian L.
Anyone know how much Friday testing is at Infineon?
Ron Carroll
Brian, Normal test days are $390 whole day and $255 Half day. For pre SCCA race weekends they Charge by the session, $80 for the 1st $140 for the 2, $190 for 3, $230, for 4, and $250 for 5 sessions. I don't think they will do this for the NASA race week end though. See ya there. Ron
