Keith Posted September 21, 2004 Share Posted September 21, 2004 actually, that's 1994 and newer. The 3rd gen cars used a EEPROM and are nto programable via the ALDL port. The 1993 F-car (camaro / firebird) use the same thing. 1994 and up cars have a flash prom and can be programmed via the ALDL using a laptop, cable and software. -Nick Thanks for the correction.
