Rea Realty Group
As is recommended by NASA, and for the safety of our night racing, it would be extremely helpful for us all to run amber colored lights at night. To make this easier, I have ordered a whole roll of the same material that is required in ALMS racing, and will be selling it at the cost of the product and shipping (no mark-up). It should be about $10/sq. ft., depending on the cost of the 2 day shipping to Thunderhill Raceway. Right now I ordered 1 roll, which will yield 15 sq. ft. (12" x 15' roll). Can you please contact me at [email protected] to let me know if you would like some, and approximately how many sq. ft. you will need (it is a film that we will each cut and apply as needed. For ex. we have four 5" lights, so will use about 1 sq. ft. for our application. It is important to let me know as soon as possible, so I can try to order more before the race. Let's all do this as it will help tremendously by letting all cars know that when they see the amber lights, there is a likely possibility of VERY FAST closing speeds (remember the Daytona Prototype last year and the Norma?!). Let's enjoy a fun, safe race, thanks! Steve Rea [email protected] (310)913-0742
