Comes with grey wall locker, homemade tire rack (hinges against wall when not in use), 50 amp electric panel, 110v electric plugs and fluorescent lights throughout, New A/C unit (not mounted). Takes 2 5/16 ball. Empty weight is 3300 lbs.
